Once you have bought your ticket for the Garmin Fitness Festival - this is final. We do not issue full or partial refunds. This is because we plan our events well in advance and make decisions based on the number of people coming to ensure the full successful delivery of the best event for you. There is the opportunity to transfer your ticket if needed - see below.
We do take into consideration special requests around medical and/or travel emergencies. These refunds will require proof and will be determined on a case by case basis according to company policy. If the refund is approved the ticket holder will only receive the refund for their ticket price minus an admin fee. Please contact [email protected] with your refund request.
If you would like to request a refund due to a medical or travel emergency you will need to make that request well in advance of the event day. Refund cutoff is 2 weeks before.
