LIMITED ENTRIES - Enjoy nature at its pre-dawn best as you head off road across manicured grass polo fields, through sandy urban tracks, along horse paddocked fields and in between avenued tree lined roads while overlooked by the 5 star Melia Desert Palm Hotel. From advanced to fun runners, young or experienced, run or walk the distances. Music, refreshments, parents & children running together and a community feel is what makes this race special. These payments are non-refundable and at the discretion of the event organiser.

The current extraordinary circumstances are beyond control of athletes and organisers. Therefore this event is subject to refunds as follows:
- For refunds related to cancelled events, we will contact you and issue a refund automatically.
- For refunds related to rescheduled events, we will contact you with the new date and time ASAP. In case you can't make the event, refunds will be done upon request.
- Store purchases are excluded from refunds.
- All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.

Practical info

Races: Race information
Race pack collection: Your race number and timing chip collection is on the morning of the race at Race Check In which opens at 5.30am.
Race Check-In can be found in the field near the Start / Finish line.
Race numbers will be emailed to all runners and will also be on show at Race Check In on the morning of the race.
Once you know your race number, proceed directly to your respective Bib collection desk and collect your Bib # with timing chip attached.
Please check that all your data which is printed on the label of the race pack envelope is correct. This includes
your name, age category, gender and distance and in the event of there being any errors, please let our registration staff know so we can change it for you so you have the correct result when finishing the race.
You must have checked in and received your timing chip 30 minutes before your race start.

Difficulty: Easy
Support stations: 3 x Water Stations on the course as well as other refreshments at the finish line.
Highlights: A challenging and fun course for all abilities comprising of sand tracks, compact gravel, grass polo fields and interlock roads.

Medical: Registered Nurse and / or Emergency Medical services present.
Parking: Parking - follow signage and marshal directions as you enter the venue. Lots of Parking close to Start / Finish line.
Toilets: Toilets can be found in and around the Main Clubhouse.
