Event description
Welcome to the first edition of the VIP Running Challenge. A series of community running events.

This interesting community event is meant to build a new experience in the field of running.

Ideal for all age categories and levels: social, professional, juniors and advanced runners can be the part of it.

An attractive and motivational opportunity for the juniors where they can run either along with their parents or alone.

The race will be held at Al Mamzar Beach in Dubai. From advanced to fun runners, young or experienced, run or walk the distances. Music, refreshments, parents & children running together and a community feel is what makes this race special., make sure to enter early, so you don’t miss out!

Refund policy
Athletes have the option to protect fees for unforeseen and outside of control cancellations.
Online payments related to cancelled and rescheduled events; e.g. registrations, donations and purchases are outlined and governed by the Terms of Service and Returns & Refunds policies.

These payments are non-refundable and at the discretion of the event organiser.

The current extraordinary circumstances are beyond control of athletes and organisers. Therefore this event is subject to refunds as follows:
- For refunds related to cancelled events, we will contact you and issue a refund automatically.
- For refunds related to rescheduled events, we will contact you with the new date and time ASAP. In case you can't make the event, refunds will be done upon request.
- Store purchases are excluded from refunds.
- All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.

Race pack collection
Your race number and timing chip collection is on the day of the race. Race Check In which opens at 8pm

Race numbers information will be emailed to all runners on the morning of the race.

Once you know your race number, proceed directly to your respective Bib collection desk and collect your Bib # with timing chip attached.

Please check that all your data which is printed on the label of the race pack envelope is correct. This includes your name, age category, gender and distance and in the event of there being any errors, please let our registration staff know so we can change it for you so you have the correct result when finishing the race.
