Challenge yourself with an exhilarating ultra-trail run through the mountain passes, jeep tracks, and boulder-strewn ravines of the UAE.
This is a demanding challenge that requires proper training, but with generous cut-off times (10 hours for 50k, 5.5 hours for 30k), most physically fit, determined, and well-prepared runners can make it to the finish line.
Don’t miss out on the original single-stage 15k, 30k, and 50k trail run in the UAE! The 30k and 50k races start at 5:30 AM, while the 15k race kicks off at 8:00 AM.
The START/FINISH line for the 15k runners serves as the FINISH point for all other distances, following an out-and-back course.

- Fees are non-refundable.If the athlete is unable to participate on race day due to any reason:
- the athlete can get a refund of the race entry up to 7 days before the event (subject to a 10% administration fee); or
- the athlete can transfer the race entry to a fellow athlete before the registration closing date (subject to terms of service and subject to the prevailing registration fee on the day of transfer)
Furthermore, this event is subject to refunds as follows:
- for refunds related to cancelled events, we will contact you and issue a refund automatically.
- for refunds related to rescheduled events, we will contact you with the new date and time ASAP. In case you can't make the event, refunds will be made upon request.

- Your Race Pack will be available at the start line. Included in the pack will be your race bib, T-shirt and bandana.
We would appreciate your cooperation in arriving in plenty of time to collect your pack.

- Drive to the FINISH point and park your vehicle. From there you will be transported to the start line.
Buses will depart for the start line promptly at 4.30am

- Highlights
- You will be responsible for your own nutrition and any other electrolyte supplements (in addition to the electrolyte we provide) you wish to add to the water provided. Water is pumped not given in bottles so your own cup, bottles or bladder are an essential part of your kit.
- Spectators area(s)
- We welcome family and friends to the start and finish line ONLY. Supporters are not permitted to support outside of checkpoints and may not accompany runners in a vehicle.

- A Paramedic team will be in attendance throughout the race to deal with serious injuries, however, issues with feet including blisters etc.
should be dealt with using your own first aid kit. Please note that some sections of the course are totally cut-off from 4WD vehicles and should any accident occur in these areas, you will need airlift evacuation or to be stretchered out on foot to the nearest RV location by mountain rescue.
Please ensure you have the Emergency Numbers programmed into your phone to enable an SOS call or SOS text for us to set an emergency code into action. Your emergency details should be accessible without having to unlock your phone - please ensure this is possible.
