Event description

Are you ready for a bit of a climb? Choose from a 15k, 30k or 45k ultra distance.

The Urban-Ultra BIG Stinker is run up and over a beautiful mountain (540m) ascent and descent per 15k loop in Ras Al Khaimah. The 45k run takes in an excess of 1500m for the ultra distance!

The Khatt Springs Hotel is CLOSED. So the only options are to camp on top of the mountain or drive up on the morning and run 1, 2 or 3 loops of the well marked course. No GPS required!

RACE START TIME: 07:00am (3 waves with 5 minute interval)

CUT-OFF TIME for 45k: 2:00pm (7 hours)

Don’t underestimate this challenge … one of the toughest solo footraces in the UAE!

Registration open: Thu. 26 May. 2022
Registration close: Sun. 22 Jan. 2023 or sooner if the event is fully-booked.
Participation: Individual athletes
Included: Technical T-Shirt, Bandana, Goody Bag
Refund policy: Fees are non-refundable.

All entry fees are non-refundable and at the discretion of the event organiser.

If the athlete is unable to participate on race day due to any reason:
- the athlete can get a refund of the race entry up to 7 days before the event (subject to a 10% administration fee); or
- the athlete can transfer the race entry to a fellow athlete before the registration closing date (subject to terms of service and subject to the prevailing registration fee on the day of transfer)

Furthermore, this event is subject to refunds as follows:
- for refunds related to cancelled events, we will contact you and issue a refund automatically.
- for refunds related to rescheduled events, we will contact you with the new date and time ASAP. In case you can't make the event, refunds will be done upon request.
- Store purchases are excluded from refunds.
- All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.

Race pack collection: Race number and race pack collection from Hopasports Office, Shop 1 & 2, Dubai Autodrome Retail Plaza, Motor City ONLY.

Race packs will NOT be taken to the start line, so please ensure you collect prior to race day. ONLY International or participants living outside of Dubai can request race day pick-up upon registration.

Your race pack contains your shirt, race bib and other goodies (race bib MUST be attached to your FRONT during the race please).
