Darkness into Light is a unique international event taking place on the 6th of May 2017 in over 100 venues across Europe, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and with your support in the Middle East, here in Abu Dhabi and Dubai!! Thousands of people gather at the darkest point of the night, at locations across the world and walk the 5km route as dawn is breaking. The symbolism of commencing in darkness and walking into the light gives the occasion its impact in the community and enables us to deliver a potent message of hope to all. It highlights the struggles of those suffering from a mental illness in the dark and celebrates hope for the future as we walk into the light as a supportive community.
