APEX Fitness Challenges brings together individuals athletes from around the UAE to test their fitness level and compete in the spirit of competition. It is the ultimate platform for athletes to display teamwork, test their fitness and experience good times.

APEX Sports Management is a all inclusive fitness community, situated in Abu Dhabi, that organizes
competitive fitness events across the UAE. The increasing demand for participation in fitness
competitions prompted the creation of the APEX Challenges.
What we’ve seen over the last few years is the power of community to stay accountable, the need for fitness to be social, and the desire to have a training goals for motivation.
Each team will complete 6 different workouts testing various aspects of their fitness level in a fun,
competition style format - vying for the crown of Fittest in the UAE
competitive fitness events across the UAE. The increasing demand for participation in fitness
