Returns & Refunds
Please read the returns and refunds carefully, because they govern your use of this website (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to them, you cannot use the Site.
We may change the returns and refunds from time to time by publishing an amended version here, and you are deemed to accept any changes by continuing to use the Site. We may change any aspect of the Site itself at any time.

1. REFUNDS ON EVENT REGISTRATION PURCHASES
1.1 Online payments related to event registrations, donations and purchases on this Site, unless otherwise specified by the individual event organizer, are non-refundable.
1.2 Where refunds on event registrations are offered they shall only be payable before the registration closing date for the specific event you signed up to. After this date no refunds shall be permitted. If a refund is payable, then the refund will either be made via online credit or refund on to the credit card initially used. Please note that there will be a small administration fee payable for any refunds proceed on to credit cards.
1.3 For refunds related to rescheduled events, we will contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Can't make the event? Refunds are at discretion of the event organizers; however, we will do everything we can to help.
1.4 For refunds related to cancelled events, we will contact you and issue a refund automatically.
1.5 Refunds related to rescheduled and canceled events are done via the same mode of payment as the event registration purchase.
2. DELIVERY, RETURNS AND REFUNDS ON PRODUCT PURCHASES
2.1 We may from time to time offer for purchase on the Site certain sports related goods ("Products").
2.2 Delivery
2.2.1 We are able to deliver globally but we will not deal or provide any services or Products to any of OFAC sanctions countries. All goods must be signed for by an adult on delivery.
2.2.2 We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
2.2.3 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
3. PAYMENT
3.1 We take payment from your credit card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
3.2 The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
3.3 Title to any Products you order on this Site shall pass to you on delivery of the Products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the Products.
3.4 The prices advertised are exclusive of delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery charges are notified at checkout.
3.5 All the refunds of any transaction amount against any purchase through this Site are refunded as per the original mode of payment.
4. RETURNS
4.1 Returns and refunds for most Products are offered within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
4.2 Returned products must be returned in an unopened box and in the original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received by us, opened and not in its original condition.
4.3 If you have received a damaged or defective Product? We do not accept any liability for damage or expense caused by defects in the delivered Products, delayed delivery, missing goods, etc. caused by factors defined herein beyond our control. Provided that a Product is found to have some fault for which we are responsible, we shall undertake to replace the Product. If the product has been totally or partly consumed, we can either replace the Product without charge, or pay compensation not in excess of the sum invoiced for the Product or quantity.
We shall not be liable in any way whatsoever, for adverse effects of storage handling or use of the Product.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for loss of profit or consequential or other loss of whatever nature arising from any such defects. We shall have no liability in contract or in tort for any injury, loss or expense or direct and indirect damage, and especially disclaims all liability for damage to property and for loss of profit and other consequential loss in each case howsoever attributable to the supply or use of the product(s). If, despite the limitations contained herein or made elsewhere, we shall be held and found liable for damages, the aggregate sum of compensation shall be limited to the actual damages proved and shall under no circumstances exceed the contract value.
The supply of Products shall not under any circumstances be construed as an admission of any liability whatsoever. We do not admit to any liability for defects which may have arisen previously, merchantability of the products or for any defects which should be covered another party’s warranty or duty of care.
4.4 If a Product becomes defective after 30 days you will not be able to return it to us. You may wish to visit the manufacturer's website or contact them directly as they may be able to offer troubleshooting and support on the issues you have with the Product.
4.5 We reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from your refund.
5. CANCELLING AN ORDER
5.1 To cancel on order you must contact us via our service desk as set out in clause 6 below prior to dispatch of your order.
