REGION'S LEADING CYCLING RACE DEDICATED TO WOMEN.
The Women’s Cycling Challenge will be held on 5th October 2024 on the Al Qudra Cycle Track in Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve. This highly popular event is organized under the umbrella of Dubai Sports Council Women Sports Committee, and in association with Dubai Municipality, RTA and Dubai Police. The Women’s Cycling Challenge is for women of all cycling abilities, from elite experienced riders to recreational cyclists and novices. It’s a fun as well as competitive event with the route taking riders through the beautiful Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve on its world class cycle track.
Participants will enjoy the beautiful desert landscape passing with a chance of spotting rare and protected wildlife. The event is dedicated to promoting female health and wellness as well as promoting the sport of female cycling.
Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the top 3 rankings in each race category and all participants will receive finisher medals.

If the athlete is unable to participate on race day due to any reason:
- the athlete can get a refund of the race entry up to 7 days before the event (subject to a 10% administration fee); or
- the athlete can transfer the race entry to a fellow athlete before the registration closing date (subject to terms of service and subject to the prevailing registration fee on the day of transfer)
Furthermore, this event is subject to refunds as follows:
- for refunds related to cancelled events, we will contact you and issue a refund automatically.
- for refunds related to rescheduled events, we will contact you with the new date and time ASAP. In case you can't make the event, refunds will be done upon request.
