Sharjah Sports Council is proud to present the new season of the running series “Sharjah Racing Series” in a new location for the event. The race starts from “Sharjah Safari”, the largest safari park in the Arabian Gulf and the Middle East. As a community event, we encourage athletes of all ages and running abilities to participate on a safe and free Of traffic route.

Registration close: Sat. 7 Oct. 2023 09:58 or sooner if the event is fully-booked.
Participation: Individual athletes
Included: Medal, Download Certificate, Photo Service, Refreshments, Timing
Refund policy: Fees are non-refundable.

Athletes have the option to protect fees for unforeseen and outside of control cancellations.
All entry fees are non-refundable and at the discretion of the event organiser.

If the athlete is unable to participate on race day due to any reason:
- the athlete can get a refund of the race entry up to 7 days before the event (subject to a 15% administration fee); or
- the athlete can transfer the race entry to a fellow athlete before the registration closing date (subject to terms of service and subject to the prevailing registration fee on the day of transfer)

Furthermore, this event is subject to refunds as follows:
- for refunds related to cancelled events, we will contact you and issue a refund automatically.
- for refunds related to rescheduled events, we will contact you with the new date and time ASAP. In case you can't make the event, refunds will be done upon request.
- Store purchases are excluded from refunds.
- All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.

Race pack collection: Same race day, start from 5:00 am.

Race numbers will be emailed to all runners and will also be on show at Race Check In on the morning of the race.

Once you know your race number, proceed directly to your respective Bib collection desk and collect your Bib # with timing chip attached
