Event description
The first annual SHARJAH 10K OPEN RACE organised by the Sharjah Sports Council, in coordination with Al Asifa sports services, to benefit the community of Sharjah.
The race will take place on 16th of February, 2017.
Same day registration and race bib pick up starts at 4 to 8:30 PM.
Gun start is at 9 PM.
Race starts and ends at Sharjah Islamic bank in Sharjah.
There are water stations every 3 km and at the finish line.
Timing checkpoints are positioned at the start line, at the halfway point and at the finish line.
Race refreshments will be available for all finishers.
NOTE: ALL RUNNERS MUST BE 15 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE ON RACE DAY.
Race pre-registration fees AED 120.
Race day registration fees AED 150 for all.
All Sharjah 10K finishers will receive an official race shirt and medal.
WINNERS WILL HAVE CASH PRIZE (1ST-3RD PLACERS).
