Event description
Are you ready to rise to the Triathlon challenge? In 2014, 2016 & 2017 GEMS Education invited students, parents, teaching and non-teaching staff from schools and universities across the Emirates to register and participate in the GEMS Triathlon. The responses have been overwhelming and the success of the event fuelled the demand for an encore. We are very pleased to announce the 4th edition of the GEMS Triathlon on 09th February, 2018.
We would like this to be a family event and have planned for everyone with each race category having its own age appropriate swim, bike, and run distances around the purpose-designed and beautiful premises of the GEMS Wellington Academy Al Khail in Dubai. There will be participating medals for all those who finish and Bronze, Silver, and Gold podium recognition for every male and female age category.
So shake the dust off your swimming goggles, grease your bike chains, inflate the tires and put on your running shoes for this cool sports event... excitement beckons!

The race has been postponed from February 2nd to February 9th, 2018. Athletes who registered for the initial date will retain their entry. In case you are unable to compete on the new date, a registration fee refund can be requested before February 4th via email: [email protected]
